A New Antibiotic Sanitary Valve Has Come Into the Market

The Sanitary Valve is an advice which is widely used in different industries such as pharmacy and food product and other places with high requirement for the sanitation. According to a research, at present most of the valves in the market are unable to completely adapt the requirement of sanitation for the fermentation of antibiotics, biological pesticide and biological fertile. As for the structure features for the stanitary valve, they are quite different from the old ones. For the need of the industry, this new antibiotic sanitary valve has been redesigned. In the first place, the design structure of this valve is more suitable, which is effective to reduce the bacteria infection rate during producing the pharmacy. There is no dead angle for this kind sanitary valve. Meanwhile, there is a sterile air vent at the bottom. Because of the sterile device, it provides the reliable guarantee for the aseptic production.

In the second place, the material is not easy to cause cementation in the case or seat and is resistant to medium corrosion because of the main material for the valve namely stainless steel. In the third place, the PTFE material is used for the valve, so it is quite reliable. Once the leakage is discovered, the pad can be changed and the valve can continue to be used. All in all, it is convenient to repair. The operation time is long. In the fourth place, the new antibiotic sanitary valve can well meet the requirement of the production of the pharmacy industry for the pressure and temperature.
